Pittsburgh, PA - On Sunday, December 6, 2015, Sydney Dolanch of Pittsburgh was named MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA® 2016 & Elena LaQuatra of Pittsburgh was named MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA® 2016. They were crowned at the conclusion of the three-day MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA® & MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA® Pageant, which was held at the Hyatt Regency International Airport Hotel in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

SYDNEY DOLANCH CROWNED MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA ® 2016

Sydney is the daughter of Tricia and Jim Dolanch of McMurray. A graduate of Peters Township High School, Sydney intends to graduate with a double major of Public Relations and Political Science at West Virginia University where she is currently a Freshman.

She enjoys skiing, snowboarding, photography and reading. Her school and community activities include: MOVE Mentorship Program, PTSA, Ski Club and Snowboarding Club.

Crowned by Jasmine Daniels, MISS PENNSYLVANIA TEEN USA® 2015, Sydney will represent Pennsylvania in the 2016 MISS TEEN USA® Pageant.

Semifinalists: Miranda Beaver of Selinsgrove, Madison Brown of Pittsburgh, Elizabeth Evans of McDonald, Hallie Jacobs of Leesport, Kayla Root of Oxford, and Hailey States of Punxsutawney.

Finalists: Fourth Runner up – Robin Stoner of Canonsburg, Third Runner up – Brooke Calle of Newtown, Second Runner up – Alana Andersen of Lehighton, and First Runner up – Madonna Mantione of Wilkes Barre.

Madonna Mantione was selected as Miss Photogenic and voted as Miss Congeniality.

ELENA LAQUATRA CROWNED MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA ® 2016

Elena is the daughter of Effie and Paul LaQuatra of Pittsburgh. She is a graduate of Mt. Lebanon High School and Point Park University and is currently an entertainment reporter for WTAE in Pittsburgh.

She enjoys playing with her Chihuahuas Miki and Taco, traveling internationally, adventurous snorkeling, hiking in exotic locations, playing the drum set, dance and choreography, and memorizing Shakespeare.

Elena is most proud of pushing the boundaries associated with deafness to accomplish the goals she has set in her life, including recently landing a job as an entertainment reporter for WTAE.

Crowned by Elizabeth Cardillo MISS PENNSYLVANIA USA® 2015, Elena will represent Pennsylvania at the 2016 MISS USA® Pageant.

Semifinalists: Natalie Romano of Monongahela, Nicolette Bendick of Pittsburgh, Kelsey Fanelli of Schuylkill Haven, Monet Tiberii of Allentown, Karla McCormick of Newfoundland, Cristina Virgilio of Philadelphia, Olivia Suchko of Belle Vernon, Julia Pauline of Conshahocken, Andrea Shen of Philadelphia, and Chelsea Koryak of Pine Township.

Finalists: Fourth Runner up – Jodelis Diaz of Philadelphia, Third Runner up – Antonia Gore of Philadelphia, Second Runner up – Krystal Gregorio of Philadelphia, and First Runner up – Cassandra Angst of Philadelphia.
